Order Cancellation:

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team. Any cancellation after 24 hours will be subject to approval, and eInsureUp reserves the right to refuse or approve the request as per the circumstances.

Refund Policy:

• eInsureUp offers a 30-day return and refund policy on all goods purchased through the website.
• The goods must be in the original sealed package when delivered, accompanied by the original invoice, and shall not be damaged in any way
• Full refunds will be made once approved by the supplier. Customers will be charged only for the actual shipping cost borne during the delivery for any refund on defective items. The rest full amount shall be refunded.
• All return and refund processes will take a minimum of 2 weeks to complete.

Return of Defective Items:

• If any goods are received as defective or are found to be damaged during the shipment process or due to manufacturing defect/flaw, they will be replaced at the cost of eInsureUp.
• Customers need to contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the defective item to initiate the return process.

Damage during Shipping:
